| Background: |
My name is Greg Barkley and I am newly licensed Real Estate Agent but I have been dealing in buying and selling property for the last twenty years. Prior to this, I successfully owned my own Trucking Business for 20+ years. During that time I have met and interacted with many different customers/clients, which taught me how to deal with all people on different levels. By being self-employed for all my life I understand what it takes to get the job done effectively and efficiently.
I have learned many life lessons along the way, but one that I have found to be steadfast and true is Real Estate continues to be one of the most important investments a person will make; it is a solid investment and will outlast any other long-term investments.
The two main reasons for moving my family from Florida to the Sequatchie Valley is the people and the beauty of this area. The people of Sequatchie Valley are very friendly and they share the same family values that I do. The beauty of the valley is breath taking, whether you are in the valley gazing at the mountains surrounding you or up on the mountain looking out over the valley you realize just how lucky someone would be to own property or live here.
When I decided that Real Estate would be my new career, at that time I made a commitment that I would treat my clients like I wanted to be treated. I have been in the Seller/Buyer’s shoes before and I know what I expected from the agent that was representing me. My goal is to do the best job that I can do as a Seller’s Agent, to make sure their property is priced to sell. This includes providing them with a comprehensive market analysis of their property, advertising not only in local papers but out of state and listing their property on numerous websites for additional exposure. As a Buyer’s Agent I will work equally as hard to find my client the ideal property they are looking for and I will not give up until we do find it.
Thank you for considering me to represent you in all of your Real Estate needs.
Sincerely,
Greg Barkley
